Quality Assurance Inspection:
All return products are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance department. Refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval. No refund will be processed in case of alterations (including resizing), wear and tear, or damage.

Terms and Conditions:
Anaga Diamonds reserves the right to refund under the following terms and conditions:

– Customized Jewelry, including personalized/engraved products or those ordered with specific instructions, is not eligible for a refund.
– Loose diamonds are non-returnable, except under unusual circumstances (subject to assessment by our Quality Assurance department) where damage or deviation from specified quality occurs.
– All return products must include the original tag, copy/original receipt, and diamond certification for a refund to be processed.

Shipping and Insurance:
Shipping costs and insurance associated with returns or exchanges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Customers must pre-pay delivery costs for returns. However, in the case of a faulty item, we will reimburse the entire shipping cost. Anaga Diamonds is not liable for any damage, delay, loss, or cost incurred during the transport of the product back to us.

Refund Adjustments:
We reserve the right to adjust the refund amount if the original purchase involved a promo code, discount, or coupon. The returning amount will be reduced by the equivalent amount of the coupon, discount, or promo code.

Exchanges:
In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for paying the difference between the new and old products before dispatch.

Discounted Purchases:
If a product was purchased at a discount, the refund will be based on the price mentioned on the invoice, i.e. the discounted price.

Cancellation Fee:
Cancellation of all products and loose diamonds will incur a cancellation fee equal to our justified costs of the total purchase price.
